Meticulously assembled from bits of scrapwood, the Waste Cabinet highlights the potential to be found in offcuts and seemingly waste materials. The unique sideboard by Piet Hein Eek is completed with a high gloss finish.
This version of the Waste Cabinet features two doors and three drawers. It is produced with a high gloss finish, which is achieved from the application of over ten coats of a water-based lacquer. The interior is finished with two to three coats of the same lacquer for a smooth, matt finish.
