Designed by Eero Saarinen in 1957, the Pedestal collection offers a simple solution to the visual clutter of table and chair legs. This medium round dining table comfortably seats 4-6 people, and is available in a choice of marble finishes.
The Saarinen table shown comprises a white Rislan base and round marble top which seats 4-6 people. Also available in a wide range of top and base finishes, please enquire for more information.
The Knoll logo is located on the underside of the base. A nameplate with the KnollStudio logo and the signature of the designer is also located on the underside of the top or on the top support plate.
Materials
Base: Original Saarinen design. Heavy moulded cast aluminium with white Rilsan finish. Top: Bevel-edged satin smooth marble in gloss or satin finish. Marble coated with transparent polyester to avoid use-associated stains. The tables in Arabescato are included in Knoll's Quickship programme.
