Panamanian ceremonial animal mask
Ethic & Tropic
Traditional and unique works of art, these decorative ceremonial masks are made by Embera women in the heart of the Panamanian tropical forest. After being harvested by men, palm tree leaves are dried, whitened in the sun and dyed with natural dyes. Each tropical creature is woven by hand, preserving the traditions and wisdom of the Embera-wounaan people.
Made in Panama. Each is one of a kind.
