Introduced in 1961, the table desk is an elegant, oval table suitable for use in dining rooms and offices. The iconic design by Florence Knoll is available in two sizes and in a wide range of finishes.
Shown with a top in ebonized oak or Arabescato marble, with a base in polished (gloss) or satin (matt) chrome finish. The Florence Knoll oval table is also available in a wide range of other marble, wood, glass and lacquer top finishes. Please enquire for more information.
The KnollStudio logo and the signature of Florence Knoll are stamped into the base of the table.
Materials
Frame and legs heavy gauge welded steel. Post and four-star legs in polished or satin chrome finish. Adjustable steel glides in chrome finish. Top: Round or oval wood veneer, laminate, frosted glass and marble. Veneer tops are 30mm thick. Marble tops are 20mm and glass tops are 15mm thick. Marble is coated with transparent polyester to help avoid use-associated stains.
