Fliegenbein standing lamp

Kalmar

Named after a housefly due to its base, the legs resemble those of the insect. Comprised of two bent metal tubes that merge into a single stand in a dark, matte-finished base. The shade is delicate in light silk, a nice comparison to the frame, the pleats of the shade add volume and texture to the composition, as the base itself possesses a visual lightness and elegance.

The standing light is a variation on the classic Fliegenbein floor lamp, revising the proportions with a truncated height and an elongated shade.

The tubular steel comes in either a dark grey or brown finish.
