The Maracaná lamp is composed of two parts: a bowl-shaped upper made of ceramic and a lower part made of painted natural glass. Its round shape recalls the structure of stadiums and arenas and its name refers to the Brazilian stadium the Maracanà.

Established in 1982, Ferroluce is an Italian company specialising in handmade ceramic lighting. Born from the determination of founders Valter and Miriam, who wanted to preserve and exhibit fine Italian craftsmanship, Ferroluce continues to produce unique ceramic lighting in Italy to this day with each product a result of the love and respect for tradition and materials.
