Bertoia bar stool

Harry Bertoia | Knoll

The Bertoia barstool is at once a functional bar stool, and a study in space, form and function. It forms part of Harry Bertoia's iconic 1952 wire chair collection for Knoll.

Product Information
Description
In 1950 Knoll invited the sculptor Harry Bertoia to design a collection of chairs. Developed through modelling by hand, Bertoia tried out many variations, with the aim of shaping space by means of a light, airy structure. The Bertoia collection is among the most recognised examples of mid-century modern design.

Suitable for indoor use, the version shown has a seat and backrest in Polished Chrome, with a seat pad upholstered in Volo black leather. It is also available in black and white Rislan for outdoor use, and in a range of upholstery options. Please enquire for more information.

The Knoll logo is stamped into the base of the stool.
