Description
Richard Schultz designed the 1966 Collection at the request of Florence Knoll who, having retired to Florida, desired outdoor furniture that could withstand the corrosive ocean breeze. His timeless 1966 chair design, which omitted the extraneous curves typical to garden chairs of the time, continues to be celebrated by enthusiasts of modern design.

Frame: Cast and extruded aluminium in Weather resistant Polyester Powder Coat. Glides: Clear butyrate plastic. Upholstery: Woven vinyl coated polyester mesh, Straps: Solid pure vinyl with no fillers. Thread: Gore™ Tenara® sewing thread (Teflon). Supports & Connectors: Stainless steel
