Birk Studio Collection
Designed and crafted by Bartek Urbański in a small workshop in the Bieszczady Mountains, southeast Poland. Birk is a collection of minimalistic chopping boards inspired by traditional shapes. These soft-edged pieces require meticulous hand sanding before being treated with food-safe oil. Their organic forms and smooth finishes contrast with their purpose.
